Fred Edward “Ed” Willman, LS, OSE is the Principal Surveyor and director of daily surveying operations at Accupoint Surveying & Design, LLC. Prior to founding Accupoint Surveying & Design in July of 2015 Mr. Willman served as Director of Surveying Operations at Acres of Virginia, Inc. where he was employed since 1996. Among other duties at Acres of Virginia Ed coordinated multiple field crews and directed their daily work, provided project estimates for residential and commercial customers and was responsible for surveying projects being completed on time and budget. Before 1996 and while attending Virginia Military Institute Mr. Willman worked for a local engineering firm as and ACI certified concrete inspector, drill truck operator for geotechnical jobs and soils lab technician.

Mr. Willman is a graduate of E.C. Glass Highschool and Virginia Military Institute. Upon completing the required apprenticeship land surveying Ed became a licensed professional land surveyor in 2005 in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Since then Mr. Willman has successfully completed all types of land surveying projects from large commercial ALTA/ASCM land title surveys of Walmart and Target shopping centers to residential and commercial subdivisions and all sizes of commercial construction layout. In 2014 Mr. Willman become a licensed Onsite Soil Evaluator which allows him to evaluate soils to determine suitability for wastewater treatment/ septic systems. Mr. Willman is a continuing education professional in both land surveying and soil evaluating.
